Two rooms available

There are two rooms available for hire. Both are comfortable and have central heating.

Small Meeting Room
Capacity: seating for up to 25 people.
Hire is £8.00 per hour.

Larger Meeting Room
Capacity: seating for up to 50 people.
Hire is £12.00 per hour.

For either room, a non-refundable deposit is required, equivalent to 20% of the total cost.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to provide catering for meetings.

However, it is possible for you to provide your own food, while the basic facilities are still available so that you can, for example, make tea or coffee.

Please ask about the possibilities.

Confirmation in Writing
Telephone bookings are subject to confirmation in writing (by letter) with an accompanying cheque for the non-refundable deposit (20% of total cost).

Letters of confirmation should arrive at least 10 business days prior to your event. Although not essential, it is helpful, please, if you include your event programme.

You will receive an invoice for the balance of payment, which must be paid within seven days of the event.
